Our suffering is the spiritual sandpaper that helps us come awake. - Ram Dass The most powerful way the body knows how to speak-especially when we haven’t been listening particularly well- is through pain. Our bodies are always trying to help us, always trying to communicate what we need. They don’t always do it very well or conveniently, but when we get better at listening we can help ourselves return to balance. Pain in an invitation asking for some small part of you to move toward your discomfort. Your pain carries a very useful message, and our body essentially manifests our emotional pain. Are you ready to confront your pain? Do you want to discover what your pain is asking of your body and your being? The pain I am referring to can range anywhere from watery eyes and a runny nose, to back pain, to chronic illnesses like heart disease. There is a large degree of what we experience physically and each physical sensation has a message. With years of experience in the beautiful work of Energy Healing, it is my great honour to act as a conduit to restore your vibrational frequency and enhance the flow of life through your body. With a medical intuitive energy scan, discoveries can be made around the origins of physical ailments/ concerns. In order to eliminate your pain, you must work toward dissipating the mental cause. In my experience anxiety is felt around the stomach, sadness around the heart, and anger is often felt in the neck and shoulders. This session serves to explore the sensations of the body and compare them to emotional maps. Discovering the root of the “issue” serves as a pathway to love and healing. Opening space and stillness to listen to your pain can be a deeply self-loving practice.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmation of Appointment: You will receive and email or text the day before your appointment to confirm. You have up until 1.5 hours before your appointment start time to confirm your appointment otherwise it will automatically be cancelled. This is set in place to allow enough opportunity to open a spot for clients on my long wait list and to properly arrange childcare. For Cancellations/Rescheduling I require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Your service time has been allotted for you and I respect your time just as you respect mine. Should you find yourself unable to make your appointment, please call, text, or email as soon as possible.  ​ Should you miss your appointment and no show I have outlined these policies: ​ 1st offence for No Show- firm warning and consent of policy reviewed at next appointment.  2nd offence for No Show- will result in 50% of the service missed to be paid in full. 3rd offence for No Show- full payment of service price and termination of client privileges to book services beyond 24 hours in advance.  Thank you for your understanding and respect in this matter.
